You are responsible for any injuries caused by any dog you bring to the park. Users of this park do so at their own risk. Neither the City of Gahanna nor the Gahanna Parks Department shall be liable for any injury or damage caused by any dog in the Pooch Playground.

The Pooch Playground is for dog exercise and socialization. No other use is allowed.

Children under 13 are not permitted unless accompanied and closely supervised by an adult.

You must		Do Not
Keep your dog on a leash when you are outside the playground.		Bring aggressive dogs or dogs in heat.
Immediately pick up and properly dispose of dog waste.		Bring animals other than dogs. Other animals are not permitted in the area.
Fill in any holes dug by your dog.		Bring more than 3 dogs at a time.
Display current license and vaccination tags on your dog.		Bring dogs less than 4 months old.
Immediately leash and remove your dog at the first sign of combative behavior.
Be in the park with leash at all times.
Closely supervise your dog and don't leave your dog unattended. Dogs must be under control at all times.
Use only bite-sized treats in the playground. No other food is allowed.
Abide by the rules of the Gahanna Parks and Recreation Department and Gahanna codified ordinances.
